In Los Angeles County, the “stay at home” mandate has been extended through at least May 15. It looks like another month in quarantine, though it will probably longer than that. Even if they opened the world back up tomorrow I wouldn’t rush to go outside just yet, but I digress.
Five weeks in, and I probably gotten dressed for exactly one Zoom meeting. I am an “athleisure” person at heart, so the “lounging at home” look is a whole style vibe for me. I think my coworkers have gotten used to me looking like Felicia from “Friday” on our video calls. Not sure who else needs to hear this, but you are not obligated to turn the camera on!
As I haven’t been getting dressed, I haven’t been wearing underwire bras either. For what? I ain’t going nowhere other than the grocery store. Some days I let the girls roam free, but it really is important to have proper support. When it comes to intimate clothing, I love lace and cotton bralettes – they are the perfect balance between sexy and comfort, structure and freedom.
