DIY Salt Scrub Recipe:

(Yields 1-2 servings)

Juice of 2 fresh lime wedges

1/4 cup sea salt

2 tablespoons hazelnut, rice bran or olive oil (I decided to use hazelnut oil)

Lemon or grapefruit essential oil (I used a little of both because I couldn’t decide which one to use)

Put the ingredients in a bowl, mix it up, and apply to the skin in a circular motion for about 30 seconds. Rinse and pat dry. Store leftovers in a cool, dry place.

Note: spot test the mixture on a discreet area before use. If you become irritated, do not use this scrub!
