Do you eat breakfast? I surely hope you do, even if it’s on the go. If I don’t have time to sit down for breakfast at home, I like to take something portable to eat during my commute or at my workstation. I try not to let the morning rush thwart my first meal of the day — to keep myself on track, I keep a regular rotation of easy, healthy breakfast ideas that I can quickly prepare.
